Important note: 60 – 120 Guests. Pricing included herein for the exclusive packages are for events happening within 2026. The cost for events in summer 2026 (August to end of May) will incur a cost of R1 500 per person, and in winter is R990 per person.
Events for 2027 for 60 – 120 guests will incur a cost in summer of R1 690 per person (August to end of May), and in winter a cost of R1 200 (June to end of July).

The hours are yours to craft: setup from 8am to welcome your vision, followed by the full use of the venue from 2pm until midnight.
Our curated collection of décor is yours to draw upon—no detail overlooked. Choose from elegant tableware, thoughtfully designed seating, delicate napkins in white or stone, and accents that speak to your style. Vintage barrels, a graceful arch, easels, and registry tables await your personal touch. We attend to the foundational setup and clearing, allowing you to focus on the beauty of the day.
Our exclusive chefs craft a menu that reflects your tastes, using the finest ingredients and a deep appreciation for the art of hospitality. The service is seamless, guided by a dedicated floor manager and a team who treat your guests as their own.
Your morning begins in spaces designed for calm and anticipation. The Honeymoon Suite offers a sanctuary of comfort, while our unique Hair & Make‑up Studio, nestled in the courtyard amid fragrant rosemary and lavender, transforms preparation into a cherished ritual. Here, in the Bridal Studio, every amenity is considered: a Nespresso station, champagne glasses, comfortable seating, and the gentle breeze of air‑conditioning—all so you may relax and savour the hours before you walk the aisle.
For the groom and his party, The Cottage Room provides a private haven. From mid‑morning until the ceremony, it is yours for the quiet moments of preparation—sharing a toast, adjusting cufflinks, and enjoying the comfort of a well‑appointed space that feels both relaxed and refined.

The night before your wedding, we invite you to gather those closest to you for a rehearsal dinner—a gentle prelude to the celebration that awaits. Should the evening beckon you to linger beyond midnight, the venue remains yours at R2,500 per hour. For those who wish to welcome the sunrise in the company of loved ones, our starlit boma or top lounge offers a fireside gathering under the open sky—an after‑party as enchanting as the night itself, available for R2,000.
As the day of your celebration dawns, we invite you to begin with a moment of calm. A continental breakfast basket, thoughtfully prepared, may be served in our rustic kitchen lounge—a quiet indulgence before the excitement unfolds. All delights are arranged with care, offering nourishment and comfort as you prepare to step into the day.

As the celebrations draw to a close, we invite you and your guests to gather one final time. The morning after your wedding, a full continental breakfast is served in our elegant Fountain Room—a feast fit for your curated event, all presented with the same care that defined your day.
It is a moment of quiet connection: a chance to share stories of the night before, to linger over coffee, and to bid farewell to those who made your celebration complete. For the bride and groom, it marks the gentle transition from the revelry of the day to the journey that lies ahead—a perfect ending, and a beautiful beginning.
Should you choose a wedding cake, we invite you to entrust its creation to our experienced pastry chef. Each cake is hand‑crafted exclusively for you, and a complimentary tasting is included to ensure the flavour is as exquisite as the design. Available only through The Rose Barn kitchen.
For moments of quiet respite, a dedicated coffee station offers a curated selection of teas, freshly ground coffee, and hand‑crafted biscuits. R4,500 for unlimited service, or available on a per‑cup basis.
Should you wish to offer your own selection of wines and spirits, corkage is offered at R65 per bottle.
A stretch tent may be added to extend your covered space—perfect for garden ceremonies or lounging areas, available at R6,500. We can also arrange garden umbrellas, available at R650 per umbrella. Our team is pleased to assist with coordinating these details.
For those travelling from afar, we offer beautifully appointed guest rooms, ensuring your loved ones may rest in comfort and remain part of the celebration from beginning to end. Please inquire for availability and rates.
From the first moment your guests arrive until the final farewell, your celebration is tended by the familiar faces of The Rose Barn’s permanent in‑house team. This is a staff who know the estate as intimately as they know the art of hospitality—attentive without intrusion, graceful under pressure, and wholly dedicated to ensuring your day unfolds seamlessly.
Should your wedding fall on a public holiday, we extend our deepest appreciation to our team for their extraordinary dedication. A standard surcharge is added to the invoice—a reflection of the care and commitment they bring to making your celebration exceptional.
As a sought‑after destination, The Rose Barn is unable to hold dates provisionally. To reserve your celebration, a non‑refundable deposit of R20,000 is required. Upon receipt, your date is confirmed and held exclusively in your name on our calendar.
The remaining balance is due one month before your event. Should payment not be received by this date, we respectfully reserve the right to release the date to allow others the opportunity to celebrate.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept our complete terms and conditions, including those relating to cancellations, postponements, and venue policies. We encourage you to review these thoughtfully—they are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding as we prepare to bring your vision to life.
Should you wish to postpone your celebration, your deposit will be honoured toward a new date, provided the event takes place within 12 months of the original booking. A revised invoice reflecting any adjustments will be issued at that time.
We understand that circumstances can change. Should you need to cancel, we ask that you notify us in writing via email. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the commitment we make to reserve your date exclusively.
More than 6 months before your event: 50% of the total quoted investment is due.
3 to 6 months before your event: 70% of the total quoted investment is due.
Less than 3 months before your event: 100% of the total quoted investment is due.

Smoking is welcome only in designated outdoor areas.
Fireworks are not part of our celebrations; instead, the natural beauty of the evening provides its own magic.
Drones may be used only with a valid license and prior approval (arranged well in advance), ensuring the privacy and safety of all.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement—we are happy to discuss how they may be included.
Confetti should be biodegradable only. We ask that paper confetti, streamers, feathers, and similar materials be reserved for other occasions.
Children are a joy to have with us; we kindly ask that they remain under adult supervision throughout the day.
Candles add such warmth; please ensure they are placed in holders rather than directly on our linens or tabletops.
A refundable breakage deposit of R4,000 is added to your venue invoice. Within 14 days following your event, we return this deposit to you, less any costs incurred for damage to our property—including linens, glassware, or chandeliers. We view this as a mutual respect for the care we invest in maintaining the estate.
Should your celebration be held outdoors, we place our trust in the elements as much as you do. The Rose Barn is not responsible for weather‑related interruptions; any costs arising from unforeseen changes affecting the setup or flow of the event remain with the client. We are always happy to discuss contingency options during planning.
The Rose Barn, along with our staff and associated personnel, is committed to your safety and enjoyment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not held liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from any cause. We encourage you to review your own insurance needs for peace of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask any individual to leave should their presence compromise the safety, comfort, or integrity of the celebration. This is a responsibility we take seriously, ensuring that your day remains exactly as you envisioned.
Should any included package item or optional enhancement go unused on the day, no refund or credit is offered. We encourage you to consider these elements as part of the curated experience, ready to be enjoyed should the moment call for them.
Our newly appointed accommodation offers a serene retreat—a place where you and your guests may unwind before the celebration and linger after the last dance. With fourteen thoughtfully designed rooms, including the Honeymoon Suite, we welcome up to thirty‑four cherished guests.
Each room is a quiet haven, appointed with white percale linen, plush towels, and the gentle hum of a fan. A Nespresso machine awaits with coffee pods, tea, milk, sugar, and hand‑crafted shortbread—small indulgences to savour in moments of calm. Television, hairdryer, and complimentary Wi‑Fi are provided, yet we hope you find yourself drawn instead to the view, the conversation, or simply the peace of being away.
Room rate: R980 per person sharing per night and R1 250 per single occupancy. Breakfast is not included, but a continental boxed breakfast may be arranged upon request for R180 per person.
For the couple, the Honeymoon Suite is a sanctuary unto itself. Sweeping views of the Seekoei River invite quiet reflection, while the spacious room offers every comfort. Check‑in begins at 14:00, allowing you to settle in before the festivities; check‑out is at 10:00, granting a leisurely morning.
All rooms are strictly non‑smoking, preserving the freshness of your retreat.
When you entrust us with the booking of all rooms for the two‑night period surrounding your wedding, we offer a special thank‑you: the Honeymoon Suite is yours, complimentary, for both nights. As a final gesture of hospitality, a farm‑style continental breakfast is served in our signature Fountain Room on the morning of your departure—a gracious farewell before you and your guests go your separate ways.
Should you need it, laundry service is available at an extra charge—one more way we strive to ensure your stay is effortless.
